Esso app had signed me out, so had to go into the shop to pay, told them I wanted to use my nectar points for 5p off but they skipped past that point on the card reader, I kept asking and a second working came out said after I pay he’ll do it I thought it doesn’t work like that but I had no choose but to pay with a queue of people behind me. Will never go in that shop again.

Good garage staff seem ok some are rude. Been using jet as its 1-2p cheaper a litre
